Q. What are the delivery and pick up times for rentals?

A. Delivery times and all day rental time starts from the time of drop off. Times will be setup during reservation. We have All Day Rentals, Which means you will rent our equipment for 8 to12 hours.

Q. What organizations does HyperJump belong to?

A. We are members of 2 organizations. AIRCO and SIOTO. Both are organizations specializing in the inflatable industry. We are the first in the Youngstown Area to be safety qualified by the SIOTO organization. Click here to verify

Q. What type of power do I need for a inflatable rental?

A. Each of our inflatables must be within 75 feet of a regular household outlet. During the rental the inflatable is the only item running off of this outlet.

Q. How soon should I reserve my inflatable?

A. Our busy season will be from April thru October. We suggest the sooner you know about your event the better to call us and reserve that date. 4-6 weeks before the event is fine. If you are planning a large event please let us know 2-3 months ahead of time.

Q. Is there a deposit required

A. Yes. We required a $50 deposit to secure the inflatable and the date. The $50 goes toward the balance of the rental. We accept checks and all major credit cards and Paypal.

Q. What kind of supervision is available for a inflatable rental?

A. Adult supervision is required at all times. HyperJump will provide training to the lessee during the delivery of the bouncer. During special events HyperJump provides the staff. If you prefer to have staff during your event the cost is $15.00 per hour.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We issue a full refund up to 72 hours before the event. After that a refund minus the $50.00 deposit will be refunded.

Q. Can inflatable be set up indoors.

A. Yes they can. A gym or assembly hall is a perfect place for setup. HyperJump will come out and take a look at the indoor space to determine which inflatable will be best. Special indoor inflatable bouncers are coming soon for the winter months.

· Adult supervision is required at all times.

· All inflatables should be taken down by a member of our staff. Unless otherwise instructed.

· Don’t tamper with tie downs or allow anyone else to tamper with tie downs

· Don’t Move the Inflatable

· Socks only in the inflatables! Please NO Shoes.

· Keep all sharp objects away from the inflatable.

· Keep all pets away from the inflatable.

· Keep all food, drink and snacks away from inflatable

· Stay out of inflatables during strong winds and thunderstorms. 20MPH or more Winds inflatable needs to be deflated.

· Inflatables need to be deflated during strong wind and thunderstorms. Use tarp to cover blower and contact us immediately. 330-259-7337

· Children should be sorted by size and age while playing on the inflatable

· Remove Children not following the rules

· Please contact us if an emergency arises immediately.

· If the inflatable is damaged in any way please let us know immediately.

· No question is a dumb question please feel free to contact us with your questions

Individuals with health concerns should not use the inflatable.

· All of the inflatables are made of 18oz heavy coated vinyl and are quality constructed here in the USA

· Thank You for choosing us for your special event needs. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

· Don’t forget to tell us who your favorite organization is. They will receive credit for this rental and soon they will be jumping and bouncing on a HyperJump Inflatable for Free.

· Avoid any unnecessary horseplay

· Enjoy your special event!

If the inflatable is deflated accidentally (i.e. power outage) have all children exit orderly through the door or emergency roof/ceiling release, or alternative exit. You will have time to get everyone out safely. Once children our out safely and away from inflatable then fix the problem or call us 330-259-7337.
